In Strategic thinking, many ways lead to rome. before you start building and enriching the city, make sure you′ve strolled many of the streets leading to it, e.g. know different approaches to strategic thinking that can be used in different situations and adapt a model for your daily work. There′s also a million books about it, no need to read them all, but find one that has an approach you don′t know or you don′t like and try to find the benefits for you in it. Look at ways that you can improve your preffered strategic model to fit your requirements and talk to as many people about it as possible. There is a number of great courses within the Ivy League Unis on strategic thinking.
