Here's how you can secure a promotion and assert your value within your organization.

It begins with YOU. Set your personal goals clearly identifying the next role that you are aiming for. Once the role is identified then look for behaviors and skill that the role demands. Try developing & incorporating those skills in your current assignment. Take initiatives and volunteer when any opportunity to showcase those skills appears. This way you will be able to showcase your potential and get recognized
