Operation ia a dynamic process with all we have to focus and expect changes in future and running situations. Hence if you have a clear goal and aim with a thorough assessment of your goal this planning should start. It's like starting an engine. You plan it before starting the power you need, the electricity you provide, the method, the fuel, fuel storage as an example. After you started you can't plan. So its very careful planning process as an entrepreneur.

This will provide you with a practical and operational perspective. 2. Utilize data and analysis to pinpoint trends and areas for improvement. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will provide valuable information about the actual efficiency of the processes. 3. Research best practices for the processes that you have identified as needing improvement. Analyze how your competition is handling these processes and determine what strategies you can adopt to scale. How the competition is doing, and evaluate what you can adopt as a scale.

Setting a clear aim is important. You may have several goals but you aim to achieve success. This is applicable for a small vendor to a higher level of businessman or an entrepreneur. Unless you have a clear goal it is very difficult to achieve success.

In addition to defining the goals and objectives, we must go further, establish specific actions with dates, people responsible and the necessary resources, consolidate it into an action plan. Each process must have documents identified in what objectives and goals do we hope to achieve with this process? What is the execution deadline, who executes the actions? What resources will we need to carry it out? This gives a sense of focus and orientation to have more effective results.

Optimise is a level. So optimising the process is oneevel. But as an entrepreneur always should expect a higher level and then you will reach an optimise level.

One methodology that I find useful is Lean Manufacturing, a production management approach that aims to maximize value for the customer while minimizing waste. In one of my work experiences, I was part of a team that aimed to improve purchasing processes in the oil industry. Agreed for mechines. Not for human unless it help for welfare. You may loose the best person you need by technology. AI might lose your best supporter, worker, assistant need in. But as a competitor should move with trending technology

Before making changes to a process, it is crucial to ensure that all staff members have received comprehensive training in operational functions and the use of systems and technology. It is also important to provide training after making changes or modifications to a process.
