Previo a la evalucion de riesgos debemos de realizar un Análisis de Impacto sobre el negocio (BIA) y debemos de completar siempre la evalucion de riesgos de seguridad de la información con una evalucion de riesgos legales y normativos, Con todo esto en la fase de dise?o de dicha solución, servicio o sistema, podemos plantear la necesidad y la oportunidad de realizar el proyecto e identificaremos los requisitos de seguridad que se deben de implementar e incluir en el dise?o técnico correspondiente.

Avant de commencer à lister les données à récupérer, il faut lister les données déjà exploitées. Faire un point sur l'existant et vérifier que l'on respecte les lois en vigueur ainsi que la sécurisation de celles-ci. Dans un second temps lister les données qui seront récupérées, leur utilité réelle pour l'entreprise. Il faut impérativement recueillir des informations sur les technologies et logiciels (antériorité, support disponible, informations légales...) afin de trouver la solution adaptée à l'entreprise.

Je suis plut?t d'accord mais le mieux n'est pas seulement d'informer les employés aux risques mais bien de les faire adhérer de manière simple et ludique à la nouvelle politique de protection des données.
