So if you do receive feedback, make sure you thank your interviewer for taking the time to reply. You may not be satisfied by the feedback, and you don't have to agree with it, but don't contest or debate it. Saying thank you shows professionalism and courtesy. You never know what future opportunities may come up at the company, or if you'll cross paths with the interviewer again - so don't burn any bridges!

Most of the companies least bothered to provide feedback to the candidate. Remember to share a thank you email after the interview for the recruiter's time, if you didn't receive any feedback from the company, share a gentle follow up email requesting the status of the interview, including the feedback on areas of improvement to be better in future interviews.
