In addition to the project scope and breath across the organisation, these types of assessments typically capture the environmental factors that will influence how easy or challenging delivering this change will be. Being mindful of this would help in the working of negotiable options. A very bad approach would be to ask for more than required and then coming down - it would impact one's credibility and trust.

Mostly bosses put these questions into whether any extra sources shall be required or not . So primarily it's easy to convince bosses as early as the inception of the change regime is set . However , various stages may need realignments and reinforcements . Frequent meetings , feed backs and AI assisted trends forecasting may aid for the allocation of required resources as and when needed .
