"Work-Life Balance" is being referred to managing work life (in-office) and personal life (at-home) without conflicts between them. I believe that "life at work" also plays a crucial role in fostering a productive and energetic workforce. Beyond data, worksheets, meetings, and presentations, maintaining personal connections, cultivating a lively atmosphere, and finding time to unwind & relax are essential. The Organization Effectiveness (OE) team plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming work environment. When employees feel a deep connect & ownership in their work, they will demonstrate greater dedication and may willingly attend to work demands from home. This approach benefits both employees &employers, creating a win-win situation.

In person engagement has a lot of impact. In FY24, I visited several cities for engaging the associates in my unit. That is when I understood the positive impact an in-person engagement creates for the associates. It creates get opportunity to network, recognize building greater bonds,knowing individuals beyond and a lot more.
