D'après mon éxpérience , après chaque défaillance il est crucial de revenir un peu en arrière et analyser ladite défaillance , et revoir tout ou choses ont commencé à prendre une autre ampleur , c'est la ou une évaluatio s'impose et avec diverses méthodes , comprendre les étapes et surtout inciter votre équipe et vous mêmes de ne plus refaire les mêmes erreurs et adopter une meilleure stratégie .

Une chose qui m'a été utile , après chaque évaluation il faut revoir sa stratégie afin de lier ses objectifs avec la stratégie qui sera éventuellement adoptée , à savoir les risques à éviter et optant pour de meilleurs chemins de communication et qui seront liées à vos exigences et votre stratégie .

D'après mon humble parcours , il ne faut jamais écarter la notion de la technologie , les outils récemment inventés ont beaucoup contribué dans le développements de plusieurs aspects et domaines, ceci dit que l'implication du domaine technologique va mener à ce que vous développez plus d'outils SRM ( sourcing / supplier relationship management ) et adopter de nouvelles technologies qui pourraient vous faire éviter les erreurs humaines telle que l'intelligence articficielle .
