Before mentioning about how to give feedback to a presenter, it is important for a presenter to ask for feedback. If you are a presenter, you should get in the habit of checking in with your participants. Ensure that everyone has a voice to share how they a taking in the learning. Get in the habit of continually asking for feedback. What is critical, when you are receiving feedback is to listen. For those who want to give feedback to a presenter, it is important to maintain a safe enviornmet...you might even want to start by asking if it is ok to give feedback. Be clear/specific about the message you want to share, and why. Feedback is a gift, but that gift needs to be packaged the right way.
