I agree on this that before giving any feedback to your subordinate , You first start it with the positive sides and then one by one covers all the parameters target versus achievement so it did not leave any room in the mind of the person to whom you are giving feedback .Also it is very clear that you should not give only your point of view but will listen too so that you will be able to judge the other’s thought process and will make him / her to understand and work on strength , weakness , opportunities and threats.
