In a globalized, technological and constantly changing world, continuous learning has become a major market differentiator for professionals in practically all areas and sectors. In order to make a difference in the market, the professional of the present and the future needs to combine technical skills (hard skills) and behavioral skills (soft skills), and in order to remain competitive, they need to be constantly learning. In my experience as an executive and as a teacher at Cumbre, I see the immense need for continuous learning, which in addition to knowledge opens great doors for networking, which is fundamental for agriculture.
