I have worked in multiple communities, and for sure, collaboration is the key. That is why I used to post weekly updates on projects that we were working on, have AMAs, and have open discussions to gather feedback and implement it to make the projects successful because the community is going to be the consumers. If their voice is heard and implemented, they will be a brand ambassador of your brand, project, or company.
