En todos los equipos de trabajo, sean o no remotos, se debe fomentar la apertura de opiniones, pues es una de las formas en que el equipo identifique nuevas posibilidades de encontrar una solución, esta apertura se consigue cuando el líder adopta como suya esta acción, es decir promueve el dialogo, escucha las opiniones, felicita y reconoce los logros alcanzados como equipo así persona, y motiva la participación de cada integrante del equipo.

Teamwork requires communication. You can not make progress if your team is feeling down, anxious, doubtful and if those feelings are not taken care of or if one voice dictates to the others. For all problem there is a solution and giving the ability for people to voice their concern and not only that but to receive an answer for said concerns is imperative the good success of any work that requires teamwork. Trying to impose a micro-managing culture with remote employees will not work effectively. Há alguma resistência e stress nos elementos que constituem a equipa que levou a um certo resultado inesperado momentaneo, quando o líder "cobra" dos colaboradores os resultados n?o obtidos por meio de críticas e julgamentos. Esta postura de descredibilizar os elementos da equipa, abala a autoconfian?a e coloca em causa a criatividade, para além de n?o enfatiza a coopera??o e a intera??o necessária para transformar um problema ou obstáculo em crescimento para o sucesso. é assim criada a cren?a da falha e incompetência nos funcionários bloqueando o potencial dos mesmos.

La toma de decisiones sigue un proceso básico: analizas el problema, usas datos confiables, no actúas impulsivamente, reflexionas que es lo mejor para todos, consultas tu decisión con otras personas e implementas y mides los resultados. Me pasó que antes era muy ambiguo en mis decisiones porque analizaba mucho y dejaba pasar el tiempo hasta que ya la decisión no era necesaria o elegía mal impulsivamente, esto pasaba porque no tenía claro un proceso claro y sobreanalizaba mucho.

A mí me ha resultado muy útil para la toma de decisiones, involucrar al equipo, por dos razones: 1. Si la decisión se convierte en algo participativo, será mejor aceptada. 2. No siempre tu idea inicial es la más adecuada, escuchar diversas opiniones te ayuda a evolucionar y crecer como persona y profesional.

En mi opinión lo primero, es decir, antes de que hayan surgido los conflictos o problemas, es asegurarte de que la empresa tiene un buen sistema de #comunicacióninterna y que permite el feedback periódico en los sistemas híbridos y, especialmente, 100% remotos. Porque cuando no hay presencia física, es aún más determinante la comunicación interna y contar con canales que eviten o minimicen la sensación de soledad o desapego
