Lo más importante en nuestra opinión es el momento adecuado, pero en ocasiones el momento se crea, por lo que recomendamos iniciar siempre con la solicitud de cita o comentarle al Jefe, que es su deseo decirle algo importante y que le indique cuando puede darle un momento para hacerlo. Pudiese ser que, la proouesta se solución que se quiere exponer, sea oportuno hacerlo en público o en una reunión, dando claves importantes de la posible solución, sin extenderse en toda la idea, para que lo puedan desarrollar con más detalle con su Jefe, tomando en cuanta que al momento de hablar con su Jefe, deben ser muy precisos, prácticos y convincentes, de ahí la sugerencia de contar con un guión previo.

Recordemos que la retroalimentación con el Jefe, es para saber que se está trabajando conforme a los criterios o estándares que el reconoce, pero buscar esa retroalimentación con propuesta de solución bien estructuradas, sin que parezcan ocurrencias momentaneas y que tengan claro como desarrollar esas ideas, harán que su Jefe, cada vez más, los tome en cuenta o bien, pida sus observación para más temas y así, es como se vuelven más indispensables para su Jefe.
