The QA team is under constant pressure, as they are ultimately responsible for the final product. It is important that QA team members are recognised for their contributions, as often their value, insight, and expertise are overlooked. One-on-one sessions, and regular feedback is key for a QA professional. By fostering a safe environment, QA professionals can share their concerns about their performance, which will help them improve in the end. When QA performance is subpar, explaining challenges or concerns in detail will go a long way, as QA is by it's very nature a role that requires detailed feedback.
