Collaberating talking actively and explaining what You do during troubleshooting is a 100% chance to work again with the same people..... I recently came across an Engineer I worked with 5 years ago in a Plant and I told everything I knew during troubleshooting and comissioning. Problem during comissioning ,don't waste your time on a Big plant -go to the next cluster of inverters or/and Transformers and check if problem persist If not just copy/paste what You just learned to the previous non working Transformer -without thinking about it Thats crucial ,bad earthing ,wiring mistake ,nervous Engineer,change in manpower -No problem just follow your measuring numbers Have a 10 point (or more) checkpoints Go for it He called me ...again
