By hearing their vision, we can then navigate thoughtful planning that aligns their vision with an organizational goal. Successful change execution occurs when there’s a shared understanding of goals and responsibilities.

And how many times has a failed communication almost "spoiled" everything. However, the importance of clarity in communication goes far beyond that. We live in an era where the concept of communication has dissipated into countless things. But managing teams, it is important to never lose this clarity, communicating is the act of letting the other know, knowing what to do, what to improve, how to improve, among other things. After all, if we don't know which way to go, how will we know we're in the right place? In the midst of the changes happening on the planet in a matter of seconds, it is important to remember, being clear is clarity for everyone and not for a small portion.

We have always been taught that in order to learn something, we need to train a lot. When we grow up, we put aside this concept, we often forget that we only got where we are because someone taught us. And this should be a process passed from one to the other, but when we reach "our goal" we forget to work on others, which has worked on us. And with that, we often fail to see potential people, developing skills goes far beyond looking for what the market is asking for, it consists of a chain of learning that cannot be forgotten, and it is extremely important that today's leaders do not forget this, being an example is paramount in this context.
