Perspective and Accountability The first thing that is important to note is an interview is just a conversation and second everyone makes mistakes it is about how we own those mistakes (accountability). Absolutely, understanding these two points can greatly ease the stress and improve the outcome of an interview. Viewing an interview as a conversation rather than a formal interrogation can help both the interviewer and the interviewee relax and engage more authentically. Mistakes are inevitable, and how you handle them speaks volumes about your character and professionalism.
