Preparar una respuesta clara y convincente no consiste en elaborar un relato para "quedar bien" y "cubrir" las posibles dudas en el entrevistador en forma de apreciaciones o juicios negativos sobre ti. Piensa en aquella situación qué hiciste: comportamientos, gestos, palabras, no te justifiques en que la situación era tal o cuál, que los otros intervinientes eran o hicieron esto o aquello... 1o Describe que hiciste, cómo respondiste o reaccionaste a la situación difícil. 2o Qué has aprendido de esta situación 3o Qué harías -en lo que depende de ti- de forma diferente ahora. Si no eres auténtico y humilde el buen entrevistador/a notará que en el fondo no has evolucionado o aprendido, y las sombras de tu perfil se harán más grandes.

Dans les métiers de la relation clientèle il est courant de devoir répondre à une demande telle que "racontez moi une réclamation client musclée que vous avez rencontrée et comment vous l'avez gérée". C'est une question difficile mais où on peut facilement "briller". Surtout, il faut éviter d'esquiver la question et choisir une vraie "réclamation musclée". Ce que le recruteur va rechercher est simple : le candidat a-t-il fait preuve d'écoute vis à vis de son client ? A-t-il réussi à identifier le pb ? L'a-t-il résolu ou a-t-il su demander de l'aide ? Qu'en a pensé le client à la fin ? Etait-il satisfait, a-t-il remercié le service client ? Bref "avez vous su transformer le pépin en pépite", car c'est une des grandes joies de ces métiers.

Les opportunités d'apprentissage peuvent être pour le salarié ou pour l'entreprise. Par exemple, une réclamation client musclée mais "fondée" peut permettre à l'entreprise de s'améliorer, si vous avez rencontré ce type de situation (notamment si votre entreprise a été amenée à proposer un nouveau produit ou un nouveau site etc), il peut être intéressant de le partager !
