Nicht selten arbeiten wir in einem interdisziplin?ren Team. Dabei kann es hilfreich sein zu verstehen, was die St?rke und der Nutzen der anderen Fachdisziplinen ist, aber auch der eigenen. Klare Rollenverteilungen helfen Missverst?ndnisse bei der Zust?ndigkeit zu vermeiden. Dies ist auch für die Klient*innen wichtig, da die Klarheit der Rollenverteilung auch Klarheit im Auftreten und damit Klarheit in der Ansprechbarkeit gibt.

Regelm??ige Teamsitzungen, für die sich ausreichend Zeit genommen wird und die einladend gestaltet sind, lassen einen offenen Dialog meist einfach werden. Auch regelm??ige Supervisionen, bei der auch Teamdynamiken besprochen werden dürfen, habe ich als hilfreich erlebt. Gerade bei festgefahrenen oder konflikthaften Teamsituationen, kann die kollegiale Au?enperspektive sehr wertvoll sein.

Aus Angst den Vorgesetzten zu ver?rgern oder zu entt?uschen, sagen wir manchmal mehr "ja" als uns lieb ist. Dabei ist es wichtig, auch der Vorgesetzten zu signalisieren, wo die Grenzen unserer F?higkeiten und Kapazit?ten liegen. Das gleiche gilt auch für Teammitglieder. Wenn wir z.B. einen schlechten Tag haben, kann es für unsere Klient*innen hilfreicher sein, wenn wir ein Teammitglied um Unterstützung gefragt haben, bevor wir, aufgrund einer kurzen Zündschnur, ungeduldig und unfair werden. Gleichzeitig kann ich Teammitglieder auch einladen, ihre Grenzen zu benennen. So werden unterschwellige Konflikte im Keim erstickt.

Wohl einer der schwierigsten Dinge in unserem beruflichen Alltag: das Kritisieren von Fehlverhalten im Team. Dabei habe ich es als hilfreich erlebt, den Perspektivwechsel zu den Klient*innen in den Vordergrund zu setzen. Dass die eigene Arbeit für die Klient*innen als hilfreich und unterstützend wahrgenommen wird, ist der kleinste gemeinsame Nenner. Auch Ich-Botschaften und die Schritte der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation k?nnen hier helfen. Am Ende ist es eine Frage der Haltung und der Fehlerkultur in der Einrichtung und des Teams. Dabei dürfen die Dynamiken, die die Arbeit mit den Klient*innen mit sich bringt, nicht untersch?tzt werden.

Sometimes you have to know how to walk away. Only so much about a team's culture is within your locus of control. If there is a pervasive toxicity and a strict hierarchy with people at the top who are not open to hearing feedback, that is ultimately not a work environment you are going to be successful in.
