Eye Contact & Honesty. Two simple traits sadly lacking from many interviews especially when the heat is turned up mid interview. Shoulders back, calm measured tone, eye contact with every panel member. (Don't be darting between each like a deer in multiple headlights, but look, connect, move to the next) If you're asked something you don't know, ask if there's another way of explaining it. If a second time you still don't know, then calmly say "I'm sorry I don't know, but here's how I'd find the answer for you...", whilst maintaining positive body language. Here's why: when you're a small thumbnail on a video screen, it's very hard for the humans on the other end to read your emotions. This is the same trick a lot of stage performers employ in order to engage a broader audience, so utilize this accordingly!

A question on the theme of "what do you all like about working here?" can be easy to answer for the first person, but by the time the 3rd or 4th person is about to speak they're probably racking their brains for something unique to say. This might at least share out some of the pressure, rather than having you feel as though you're in a "dragon's den" type setting.
