Adaptar-se às necessidades do cliente em um projeto é importante e necessário. Portanto, o escopo deve ser BEM definido considerando os riscos do projeto, custos e prazos. Mas, havendo necessidade de altera??o ou adequa??o no projeto, devido as tendências mercadológicas ou de tecnologias como IA, devem ser rapidamente ajustadas, negociadas e confirmadas com o cliente(s). A rápida adapta??o ou flexibilidade no gerenciamento de projetos, deve levar em considera??o o famoso QCD com 2R ou QCD2R; a Qualidade, Custos e Delivery todos os gestores de projetos est?o cansados de saber, acrescento o “Risco” e “Relacionamento” os riscos dos projetos muitos já consideram nos projetos, mas o mais importante é o Relacionamento com o cliente. Pense nisso.
