I am not a fan of collecting certifications, I follow a more pragmatic strategy: 1. Dissect the requirements towards a job or a new project. 2. Identify skills and knowledge required and acquire learning resources (this is getting easier with all the AI tools available nowadays). 4. On the job learning by doing (never think that you can only do something after you've learnt ALL about it, you will only properly learn when you actually do it). 5. At this point I consider if I need a certification if it helps getting more business.
