Take lay off as an opportunity to understand and leverage your skills, to explore short comings, take a break. I understand it's overwhelming to sink in the situation but doing some certification or upskilling will boost the confidence and time utilization. It can be considered as a chance to switch to a new scope of work. Briefly take a vacation and spend some time with the dear ones which can help to relax. Cultivate some small hobby. As a BA, read different workflows and business cases, try incorporating your skills in building business cases from some real time, analyze some examples alongside preparing for interviews.
