Start learning basics such as variables, data types, if-else conditions and loops etc. Along with that you should have fundamental computer operational skills. There are numerous online resources available on platforms like YouTube, Udemy, or Coursera. Once you've acquired those skills, you'll be prepared to embark on your own journey.

I would encourage everyone to find your learning style and focus on resources that align with your learning style; this is what I mean: now that there are a lot of resources out there ranging from videos, audios, e-books and online classes, etc., it will be ineffective for one to use learning materials that they don't understand or to use tools that they are not conversant with, because it will make a person waste valuable time doing sometime that might be very simple; if the resources you use are no more effective you should be dynamic enough to try out other learning resources and figure out which one you are most conversant with, the most important thing is that we maximize the learning tools we have so we can achieve the results we want

Before migrating to the gaming space, I had to make research and I saw that the gaming industry was quite vacant and my skill would be better valued as a game developer than as a web developer so I migrated from web development and Blockchain to game development and soon after I built my first game in 2021 I started working for companies and applying for hackathons; this was possible because I took my time to understand the area of tech that needed my expertise the most and to be honest it was not easy migrating to game development but truthfully at the end am thankful I did.
