Every aspect of project management could be summed up under Risk Management , as risks could come in many forms and shapes, ranging from stakeholder changes, resourcing challenges, tech advancements, org priorities, leave alone the macro economic changes and other geopolitical changes which are harder to comprehend. Risk register should be a live document, instead of a one-time activity, and mitigation plans to be continuously updated, to manage the project effectively.
