Estoy haciendo esto (dices las acciones para resolverlo) y tenemos estas contingencias para que no vuelva a suceder (mencionas el por qué pasó y qué vas hacer para que no vuelva a pasar)." Si quieres profundizar habla del impacto y cómo lo vas a reducir. Nadie necesita discursos enormes, solo hechos y soluciones.
