Esto te ayuda a saber como se comporta ya a quien buscar para una decision. 2 - Influenciadores y formadores de opinion, importante entender a quien los decisores escuchan para que puedas apoyarse nivel de influencia. 3 - Detratores, quien podria ser un punto negativo para su propuesta de valor. Ellos tienen que estar muy bien retroalimentados y apoyados en tu.

Know your audience, research and understand their personalities, their biases, their needs and their current positioning. Don't judge, dont demand, dont dominate, none of that means anything and wont produce anything good. Engage and transform dont transact. Show clear value to be had from the relationship and not just on the topic for discussion or the work. And be very clear about the terms of engagement, set parameters and stick to them. This brings clarity and engenders trust. 'Value' is more than productivity, efficiency and numbers on a balance sheet.

Más que metas claras, busque con su estakeholder el PROPOSITO por de tras de su necesidad. Cuando sabes el proposito, que por muchas veces no estan tan claro en los objetivos, todo los demás se queda más facil y puedes generar empatia con su publico!

Hay que hablar la lengua de los altos ejecutivos y liderazgo senior, y puedes entender en finanzas. Toda y cualquier propuesta tiene que esta fundada en datos financieros concretos adiconado a los riesgos de tomar o no la decision de seguir adelante. Numeros jamás los mienten!
