At all times remember the purpose of the session * Why is your audience there * How do you serve that need (out side of the content) * Depending on the group, what is your purpose for them as a group or team If your focus is on how you are presenting or looking, then you are robbing your audience of your attention Part of facilitating is being a quick thinker and working on your toes, don't plen yourself into paralysis
