Na minha experiência, penso que o administrador precisa ser ágil em acionar a equipe para resolu??o de problemas que exigem expertise mais contundente. Ninguém é t?o bom quanto todos juntos no propósito de resolver um assunto específico. Sorry folks but I don’t think it’s that simple. You need to put your hands on the parts and truly understand the flow of materials. Listen to the people that do the job everyday and adapt the process accordingly. When you truly understand that knowledge you can move to the next step.

Define a system? System is combined unit of H/W and S/W which runs to perform certain task. E.g. as A computer system, PC. Software that runs/manages all H/W resources in a that system unit is called as operating system. E.g OS manages resources as CPU, memory, I/O devices etc. Systems categorise as Operating systems running on servers, IT network systems, windows, linux, virtual & cloud systems. System Admin perform multiple activities in their day to day life on assigned systems. General activities are: deployments, operations &monitoring of system, Tech concepts, & supporting BAU(business as usual)tasks for assigned tech system. While troubleshooting skills can also add value to role or can be separate role of support engineer.

Eventualmente ocorre alguns problemas e se o mesmo n?o tiver o domínio aprofundado do ERP pode acarretar uma paralisia das atividades e dependendo do ramo de atividade da empresa há perda financeira e/ou qualidade do servi?o prestado acarreta a perca do cliente. O gestor deve ter uma equipe preparada para saber diferenciar se o problema é no ERP ou o usuário que n?o sabe utilizá-lo.
