I agree that we need to provide compelling reasons for change. Data relative to current costs and the proposed changes help to ensure budgets are validated and maintained. Just as much is the requirement to evaluate how the changes will be perceived by consumers and clients doing business with our company. We can make adjustments that will allow us to maintain our current margins but alienating customers/clients will impact our profitability and our overall revenue. The “change is happening”, being in step with it now may have additional associated costs but we cannot afford it be out of step because we will be left behind.

Pilot project gives an individual and the team involved for certain aspects of feasibility and long run positive results. At the same time we are ready with the most suitable specialist vendor/ supplier/ materials/ service provider as applicable. That helps us drastically while we are ready with the complete project & we can convince with fact and figure our budget control and higher management
