By putting stakeholder satisfaction first, we can make sure that the intended beneficiaries of our engineering endeavours are satisfied, which will create positive attitudes and pave the way for future prospects for collaboration within our area. By keeping a close eye on this indicator, we can continuously improve our strategy and provide solutions that actually have an impact.
