Com o tempo, aquilo passa a ser aceitável, você prop?e mudan?as e deixa a solu??o de acordo com que você entende como o melhor. Porém quando você troca de equipe é muito possível que entre outra pessoa e mude 100% o que você fez. E n?o significa que você é um péssimo profissional e sim que existem N formas de resolver um problema.

Once you accept the change is required, one needs to understand the new requirements of the stakeholders of the systems. For this, one needs to understand the environment, it's stakeholders and the new requirements. This can be achieved through two modes: 1. Become an observer and understand the emerging process. 2. Interact with the stakeholders and understand the new environment as per them. Once we go through this step, only then can we appreciate the change

Learning is a continuous journey that never truly ends. Ever evolving technology landscape increases the scope for learning. I personally Don’t get afraid to experiment with new tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Learning and applying new technologies always make me more versatile and valuable. Exploring more in destributed databases, Scalable and resilient system design concepts, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and artificial intelligence makes me better everyday. Remember learning is a marathon, not a sprint.

You basically cannot afford to stop learning! The industry advances too fast. I love to learn through doing projects instead of doing a course or going through books or tutorials. Always try to have some small project going on the side and try to do it as "enterprise" level as you can even if it it's an overkill. It will help you at your job! Recently, I've been trying to replicate most common cloud features in my home network to learn the nitty gritty details that are easy to forget using AWS, GCP etc. Recently, I setup my own SSL offloading proxy and a local Docker repository. At least for me, some part of my personal projects always found a way to help me in my day job!
