You can quickly get buried in a rabbit hole if you do not find a way to be agile and do what creates the best value for your time. I keep an active list of work - delegate what I can and regularly update priority based on daily activities.

The most important activity I could ever recommend here for brokers, is to schedule your prospecting times in the mornings, and block those same days and times out in your CRM for the entire year. This will greatly assist you in making prospecting your number one priority, and it will help you to get it done much more consistently. And since prospecting is often referred to as being the life blood for commercial real estate brokers, you need to make sure you're getting it done! Then when you get it done in the mornings, you now have the rest of the day to respond to what else needs to be done. But if you wait until the afternoon to do it, you may now believe there's too much else that needs to be completed instead before the end of the day.

Siendo Agente Inmobiliario llegas a un punto en donde quieres dar el siguiente paso y dejar el área comercial y dedicarte a temas administrativos y de crecimiento de la marca, y para eso debes de dejar que otros se encarguen de las Captaciones y Ventas; es un paso muy difícil ya sea desde el punto de vista económico como desde el trabajo en si... y tú ya pudiste dar ese paso...???

Hay propietarios que cuando ponen en venta un inmueble dan un precio, nos hacen trabajar con fotos y videos, y todo el material que necesitamos para publicar la propiedad, y de un día a otro, hablaron con la vecino, el compadre, el amigo arquitecto, etc. y deciden subir el precio, por que le han dicho "Lo estas rematando"... y Aun cuando el Agente Inmobiliario de dio un precio de recomendación desde el día 01. A ti también té a pasado? cuéntame tu experiencia...
