I started my content writing journey as an intern and here are some tips which helped me grow and learn from my peers and managers: 1. Don't take feedback personally I know it's hard not to, but think about the overall goal of your work. The feedback is not for you, but to help you identify your shortcomings and ways to improve. 2. Be proactive Ask for feedback. Reach out to your peers to go through your work. The more curious you'll be, the more you'll learn. 3. Make a feedback database This is super super helpful. Find repetitive comments you get on your work and use them as a checklist to self-edit before handing over your draft. It's your willingness to go above and beyond that'll help you get better at your craft.
