Need to say, the management is becoming much more easier because of technology-improvement. In the past, we could only connect everyone with phones and one people a time. Now, we could use the tool in the mobile phone, and make sure all of members know the information at the same time. Using the new technology properly becomes much more efficient.

I've worked for both big companies and small companies, and I've noticed that companies with better task delegation succeed. If you delegate a task, let that person handle it in their own way. They might do a better job or find a more efficient way. Don't impose your methods on others. This will foster an environment of self-assessment and boost both operations and office morale.
