A disappointed and angry customer with severe shoulder injury kept coming to the clinic for massage to relieve the pain. Hearing this with a fresh pair of ears made the customer at ease and a solution was generated. The problem was the bulky wheelchair causing the shoulder pain. Our team began looking for a lighter wheelchair to help. (This was not our job) But this gave a sense of ease to the client and more trust in her service provider. There is a reason for someone to be upset, and we need to simply find that and see if we can solve that specific one where all the other problems resolve themselves.
