try to imagine yourself getting this feedback , how will you take it. no matter what the output will be , someone gave you the option to look into his brain :) so appreciate it since this is a learning moment for you as well. you can gain the same result and share the input in multiple ways, choose empathy BUT... make sure you are providing all the feedback you planned to give, don't hold some just because it might be taken hard on the other side. build trust by providing all the feedback but not in a judgmental way.

remember one thing - make it actionable ! try to imagine yourself getting this feedback , can you create a plan with those inputs and improve your product ? while feelings are important and vague feedback from multiple persons might be an insight on it's own. make specific comments since you might get an explanation and additional context that will take you to a different direction. specify things that are working well as well, since those might be the outcome of multiple debates so it is great to get some confirmation.

Sure, use your gut feeling and experience to create the first version of something, but then you need feedback from the market to shape any innovation you create. Listen and accept what you think is useful, listen and thank what you think is not. Feedback will not break your idea, your confidence, or your ego.
