Tener nociones estadísticas es fundamental en cualquier campo profesional, pero no es algo distintivo de los Asuntos Públicos. De hecho, se puede dominar las técnicas estadísticas cy no tener criterio sobre su mejor o peor aplicación en políticas públicas. En Asuntos Públicos se ha de conocer el marco institucional y normativo que aplica, y después, la estadística ayudará a interpretar tendencias sociales, análisis demoscópicos y hasta los sistemas electorales. P.ej., en UK, Francia y Espa?a, la ciencia estadística es la misma, pero no da ningún conocimiento sobre las posibilidades electorales de un candidato (al ser sistemas diferentes), o sobre las preferencias ciudadanas en cada país o la viabilidad de determinadas políticas públicas.

Learning Excel is not at all difficult for a person. We can start from the basic calculations and formats. First we have to understand about Excel functions and tools. Then practice it with normal datas or values. Also we can do analysis projects and build reports based on the data. We will get plenty of tutorials to learn Excel in YouTube, Google and LinkedIn. Furthermore we can check portfolio of persons having strong background in Excel.
