Muchas veces te pueden pedir a fuerzas que entregues tu propuesta de valor inmediatamente, pero sin tener una conversación previa es difícil poder validar que tu contraparte es la ideal y que tiene un dolor el cual puedes solucionar. Una reunión efectiva debe tener un % mayor de escucha que de habla.

Be sure you are meeting with the decision maker and only give them truth and facts. Decision makers know the difference and armed with the truth will make better more informed decisions.

Rapport is the hallmark of relationships. It involves the ability to listen and remember. I am very good at remembering when a person coughs or sneezes and ask how their cold is doing weeks later. A great Rapport builder.

I had a famous baseball player in sales. He was Moose Skowron his closing statement won 100% of the time he asked this "Mr. Smith can you give me a chance?? They always said " Yes Mr Skowron we are ready to start." The moral of the story is never forget to ask for their business. If they decline they will tell you why but always ask.

Building Rapport: For me, the first 10-15 seconds of the call are the most crucial. The way you break the ice & lower the prospect’s guard is incredibly important- you’re more likely to intro pitch, identify their needs & come up with a solution, all while building even more rapport with the prospect.

Getting to know your customer is so important. All to often we don't listen to our customer, and only try and find what we feel is their solution.

Ask your prospects, “What would be a personal win for you?” and “What are your personal goals for implementing a solution?” Tailor your approach to meet these needs and goals. This strategy helps in building a champion within the organization who will advocate for your solution. Understanding their personal stakes not only deepens your connection but also aligns your offering with their success, significantly increasing the likelihood of closing the deal.

Escuchar es primordial para entender cual es el objetivo del requerimiento, quienes son los usuarios y que esperan de esta. Puedes emplear alguna metodología de ventas consultivas para documentar de manera formal, el requerimiento; puede darse el caso, que la solución requiera de presentaciones con la participación del equipo de pre - ventas; esto ayuda a mostrar conocimiento, al final este esfuerzo servirá para afinar la propuesta final.

Listen to the customer. Very often salespeople don’t do this because they have their own agenda of just selling . I hear this all the time. Listening and genuinely trying to solve a unique issue or helping to achieve compromise can effectively benefit the customer. I see sales staff rushing through sales and not taking the extra moment to go over the order just because that customer has purchased and the next customer is already on their mind. The listening skill goes a long way and the customer will be in tuned to this.

Es sollte im Vorfeld daraufhin gearbeitet werden, dass keine Verst?ndnisfragen offen bleiben und sich der Kunde den L?sungsvorschlag für sein Anwendungsgebiet so genau wie m?glich vorstellen kann. Besonders gut kommt es an "Unseren Vorteil" mit "Ihrem Nutzen" gegenüberzustellen. So sieht der Kunde schnell was er von Ihren Vorzügen hat und kann es sich besser vorstellen.

In the beginning of my sales career handling objections were tough. I found that listening carefully to the customers needs helped me to help them. I've learned that it is crucial for closing deals. Things I've found that have helped me is to maintain a calm and positive demeanor. Don’t take objections personally. Alway prepare in advance and anticipate common objections and prepare responses beforehand. After I have address the objection, I'll ask if there are any other concerns. This shows you’re thorough and genuinely interested in helping.

I love getting objections because handling them correctly allows for deeper discovery and reveals actual concerns and roadblocks. The hardest buyers are those who don’t voice objections. Every buyer has concerns, and encouraging them to voice these concerns helps you understand how qualified the deal is and how to alleviate their concerns. This process turns objections into opportunities for further qualification and demonstrating the value of your solution, ultimately strengthening your position to close the deal.

I’ll give a different approach to handling objections. An objection means your buyer is hesitating to move forward. To mitigate this hesitation in your sales, your goal must be to understand what habits your target customer has AS A BUYER. For example, targeting people in different zip codes could really mitigate the price objection. Many times,an objection just means you might actually be talking to someone unqualified. So look for your qualified buyer and give them a great buying experience.

Der Prozess der Vertragsschlie?ung sollte jetzt reibungslos und ohne Probleme verlaufen, um Z?gerungen und Unsicherheiten erst gar keine Chance zu geben. Wir haben zu verstehen gegeben, dass wir der richtige Partner sind. Das sollten wir jetzt nicht damit zunichte machen, indem wir unangenehme Fehler machen, Absprachen falsch umsetzen oder "rumeiern".

Maneja el cierre de manera, que el cliente, sea parte del mismo. En este punto ya conoces el requerimiento, la solución, las objeciones han sido superadas; dado que los beneficios son los esperados por el cliente; la organización de cliente, esta informada, involucrada y comprometida, con la puesta en marcha del proyecto. Si, has generado expectativas...trata de ser modesto en ellas, para que la solución sea mas que estas. Y sobre todo...disfruta la venta!

Llego el momento clave, el cierre, ya sabes q es lo q busca el cliente de nuestro producto y empresa. Hay q ser claro y darle un resumen de las ventajas de producto q el cliente ya nos dio en el proceso de venta, y cerra el negocio, con empatia y mucho interés

Once you’ve achieved your customers needs and have answered any questions or concerns. They will tell you what interests them by either directly telling you or by presenting an effective solution to what they are looking for. At that point it’s time to use positive reinforcement and reasoning towards closing the sale. The whole process varies based on who the customer is and how well you’ve done your job. If everything is in sync my closure rate is quite good. That’s the ultimate goal for us all.

A gentle but well worded follow up up with clients is key. Clients have jam-packed calendars on top of their daily tasks. I can't emphasize on how many times I have missed deals due to client forgetting to reply or pushing it for later.

Old school sales techniques focus on assumptive closing and assertiveness, but if you conduct thorough discovery throughout the sales cycle, buyers will understand and believe they need your solution. Proper discovery positions you to facilitate the closing process rather than using assumptive language or assertiveness. By understanding and addressing their needs and concerns from the outset, buyers essentially close themselves, making the process smoother and more effective.

The biggest thing sales people forget is to ask for the sale. Sometimes it is just that simple. After going through everything else not asking for the sale is the biggest mistake.

Empathy-Driven Framing for Powerful Closings Shift the focus from simply "closing" to framing solutions within the client's specific context. Use powerful questions that uncover the client's emotional pain points and the desired future state. Frame solutions as bridges between their current reality and their desired future. By addressing their emotions and aspirations, we can showcase how empathy leads to more compelling and impactful closes.
