When the team is distributed those in certain locations tend to always get the late night / early morning meetings. Unless it is 1 vs a large number, try very hard to have different members do off hours meetings so everyone gets to appreciate the impact, and benefit of "normal" working day meetings. It can also strengthen team bonds as all members feel they are being considered and appreciated equally. Allowing flexible work hours can help as well, but ensuring we all share in the pain can be a good way to gain a tighter team working relationship.
