The closest brush I have had as a past organizational administrator was an employee sharing information within a recovery support community. This was something that needed to be explicitly clarified, as even without using patient names, detailed descriptions of people and situations comes far too close to breaking confidentiality. That said, well-intended employees generally make mistakes when policy is not gone over in advance, and often, within weekly employee meetings, or something like that. Internal employee newsletters/communications can be useful in terms of reminders. And as reminders of mission and related organizational principles.
