Not all feedback is created equal! Take Feedback from people with: Trustworthiness 1. Care 2. Credibility 3. Familiarity - of your strengths and shortcomings. Be aware of the curse of knowledge - Experts are not as good at teaching basics as less knowledgeable. In some instances, instead of feedback, ask for advice. What’s the one thing I can do better? Leverage Strengths: Use positive feedback to identify and use your strengths in new projects or roles. ?? Tip. Ask yourself if your "loved one" came to you for advice (that you're currently seeking) what would you suggest?
