Failure is part of professional life and can happen in team work. Communication plays vital role to reduce the heat of failure through open discussions and trying to identify the root causes. This can be managed by encouraging the team members to share their point of view, ideas and lesson learnt to ensure maximum insight information and everybody feel important not blamed. This would be beneficial to grow as team towards collective goal achievement through open communication and regular sessions.
