Looking for causes *needs* to be about reinforcing for the future, and *not* about laying blame.

Aber bevor wir im Unternehmen mehr Fehlertoleranz fordern, sollten wir überlegen, ob unsere Führungskr?fte das wirklich wollen. Sonst senden wir unterschiedliche Signale.
