In my experience being on time in a class, being well prepared in the class helps a lot. The team aka my students can learn the virtues from me. Another fact where never judging a perspective put forward by one is another key feature to foster integrity. Never refuse to learn even from the students can develop a genuinity among the peers. Handling occasional conflicts within the team with truth, honesty and morality can also create model integrity, but never forget to appreciate when and where ever its due.

La congruencia entre lo que piensas, dices y haces es fundamental para lograr impactar positivamente en las personas.

Integrity and professionalism are an essential skill in teaching. In order to truley be able to excite students while connecting with them we must demonstrate we, ourselves are continuing work to improve our understanding of a concept or subject. I routinely share personal insights learned as I continue my study of music. I want to make sure my students understand I am on the journey with them trying to push myself.

Predicar con el ejemplo implica una responsabilidad ética desde que se ingresa al establecimiento, llegando puntualmente, saludando a todos los integrantes, entregando ánimo constante al equipo. One thing I’ve found helpful is the idea of over communication as a practice—just when you think something doesn’t need to be explained, shared, or discussed—do it anyways and add the phrase “because…X,YZ”

One of the most important aspect of leadership is to be clear in your communication even as a teacher, you have to state clearly your proposals and ideas.

One thing I have found very helpful is be honest with your students and candidates. You need to realise that you don’t need to say what the student wants to hear but say what the students needs to hear, even though sometimes you may end up being the bad guy.

Transparency, honesty, and effective communication are vital aspects of being a role model as a teacher. By embodying these qualities and avoiding mixed messages, we set a positive example for our colleagues and students. Consistently demonstrating clear and honest communication can help instill these important values in our students as well. Growth, both in knowledge and personal growth, should be a goal for any educator. You have to grow yourself and educate yourself to be able to teach and ignite growth in your students and collective. It is sometimes pushing the limits on yourself. Then teach on example, and show points: what, how, and most importantly why.

A teacher is first a learner then a teacher...Every teacher should first focus on self upgradation and self development... Due to intense pressure of work and other professional and personal commitments we as teachers are often devoid of time that we should devote to our self-upgradation self-learning through career advancement programs... Since it is always expected from teachers to deliver the best to their students we should always embrace continuous academic upgradation via engagement in various academic and professional programs... Because if we nurture learning we will be able to deliver what is the best to our students... But unfortunately most of the academic institutions do not provide the resources to the Teachers for this purpose

To enable your students to get the most out of a lesson instant feedback is crucial. This can be done verbally quite quickly or through a mini plenary. No one expects a teacher to be able to work with all 30 children but through targeted questioning and some live marking many more children can achieve that extra step.

One thing I found useful from teaching in seven countries Is to have a class structure that’s both consistent and transparent. To help with this, learning objectives and student outcomes should be placed on the board to start class. Each part of the lesson should also have a stated goal - and that goal should be communicated to students in a clear way. Students should always know what they’re doing and have a sense of why they’re doing it.

Create a supportive classroom environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, seeking help, and taking risks in their learning. Be approachable and accessible to your students, both inside and outside of the classroom

The storytelling method is also a good complement to keep coherence, establish a better rapport with the students and maintain a good dynamics in class. It can be tricky to create "punch lines" or inspiring quotes & conversations, so it's also important to be open to their reactions and opinions on our standards and expectations.

I have always told my students that it’s not just the quantity of time you spend studying, but how you allocate that time. Studying for one hour daily throughout the week (totaling 7 hours) can be much more effective than studying for five hours on two days (totaling 10 hours), due to the consistency it brings. This approach also helps develop a sense of responsibility, commitment, habit, and continuity in your preparation. Consistency is the key to your success.

By maintaining a consistent approach with students , I uphold easily identifiable standards that could be easily understood and followed.

Teamwork, a basic skillset, is lacking among students nowadays. Teach them to have patience while working with other people. It's not a single person's responsibility to manage the whole mess. Teach them how to divide tasks according to their knowledge and capability.

Working together as a team can result in more work produced. Some projects are overwhelming for an individual to complete at a given time. However, tackling them together by dividing them into manageable components and assigning to the team will eliminate backlogs.

últimamente una de las competencias que más se trabajan en clase es el trabajo en equipo, y según parece, las nuevas corrientes educativas se centran más en saber trabajar en grupo que de manera individual. Es cierto que los nuevos puestos de trabajo son colectivos para obtener resultados más completos, y así, ser más competitivos. Aún así, en clase me toca recordarles que la búsqueda de trabajo es individual, y siempre tienen que tener claro qué es lo que les diferencia del resto de profesionales con su perfil. Ser único es ser irremplazable. Trabajarlo en clase sirve para que ellos mismos fijen sus estándares más altos que los exigidos por el centro.

Rigidity is not an option. Fostering growth is essential. However, growth means leaders should learn and adapt into new things. For example, the transition of chalkboards to screen projections wherein slides are presented to learners with graphs, charts, etc. This adaptation will likely have a great impact in the learning and development cycle.

Reflecting on the teaching learning patterns is truly important as it opens the mind towards the learning goals so that one can clearly understand the loopholes and areas of improvement. It opens scope for making the learning process better in order to reach the desired goals

Self reflection is not about you saying what could have been better or ‘if only’ - it’s about the whole lesson and what you as a teacher take away from it. We all make mistakes and we all want the best for our students - sometimes it’s about adapting your teaching to suit your learners. Never put yourself down when reflecting - maintain a positive mindset. Also work and share ideas with your colleagues so you grow and reflect as a unit.

Apart from personal reflection, listening form the team members is a great way to learn about what could be done for improving further. After every project is done, asking for feedback form team members is an important and effective practice to continuous improvement. It also creates a good bond among team members.

Acknowledge imperfections and offer support during tough times. Stay positive, flexible, and celebrate achievements. Give constructive feedback, listen without judgment, and value everyone’s ideas. Encourage teamwork, learning, and owning up to mistakes, which builds trust. Respect their personal time, ensuring holidays and family moments are undisturbed. Avoid piling on unnecessary tasks, and strive for a healthy work-life balance for all.

This is especially crucial in today's world, where each one of us is fighting a personal or professional battle. To sum it up, I strongly believe: "A leader who touches hearts can move mountains."

We are in a quantum leap in our awareness on earth at this time. When we start to make this acceleration in our consciousness ( some call this a spiritual awakening) we begin to become the observer of our reality. We begin to focus on the story lines that are showing up in our lives and realize that they are connected to our inner world our inner state of being. In order to change our outer reality we need to work on changing our inner world. Nothing will change if we don’t change and this begins with observation and reflection.

One thing that has helped me become a successful leader is giving full credit to my team, regardless of the tasks and my efforts. This approach leaves me highly satisfied and greatly motivates my team to prepare for the next task.

Have a space to fail. To fumble. And to embrace the growth mindset of seeing it as a stepping stone to success. Sometimes cultivating a perfect image or example can make us model perfectionism and unrealistic expectations. Never let the human side of your leadership die.
