Uno de los problemas que noto en la actualidad, es que en la era de la inmediatez, hemos perdido el poder de la espera y de entender el progreso tal cuál es, es decir, algo que sucede y mejora con el tiempo de práctica. Understanding the issues means understanding the need for legislation which offers educators the salary, support and financial security needed to attract quality instructors. Unfortunately, teachers no longer believe it to be a profession, many of them have 8th grade level skills, they may stay 5 years to have student loans forgiven, and get married or become housewives. Others with more credentials leave the profession for more lucrative jobs. You cannot reform the institution of education without demanding more of teachers and policy makers. It's very difficult to presume that someone who performed at a medicore academic level would really be able to grasp the complex issues that affect the day-to-day educational experience.

It is not possible to observe change suddenly in the domain of education, rather it is gradual and requires continual intervention from different resources to build connections to grow together. For instance, school as an effective institution of endorsing knowledge requires rigorous and equal participation of the children, teachers, community as well as the official administrators who together engage in conversations and make a successful institution. For instance, I found a community specifically for educators supporting students with T levels. Connecting with others facing similar challenges has been invaluable. Armar una Red de Profesores y estudiantes puede contribuir generando espacios de intercambio, cooperación y coordinación, donde puedan compartir bibliografía, herramientas didácticas y pedagógicas y hasta incluso donde se puedan contener emocionalmente unos a otros, porque la tarea docente muchas veces se vuelve ardua y solitaria. Estas redes de contención pueden ayudar a encontrar puntos de interés comunes que deriven en proyectos juntos o en intercambios inter-colegiales, entre los cursos y los alumnos.

Creo que está buena la idea de crear redes o grupos con otros docentes en situaciones similares a las de uno, y que de alguna manera podamos compartirnos material, recursos didácticos, experiencias, etc.

Conectar a los actores educativos es fundamental para que el cambio sea sostenible en el tiempo. Directivos, Docentes, Alumnos, Padres, Empresas, ONGs y referentes de la comunidad unidos en torno a un Proyecto Común pueden lograr mucho si se conectan y trabajan juntos para lograr cambios significativos. Estos procesos deben estar liderados por personas con creatividad, liderazgo, motivación y altas dosis de manejo de la frustración.

Nuestro trabajo es exigente, es por ello que es fundamental brindarnos y entregar espacios de reflexión y análisis. Hoy no podemos seguir con las prácticas de hace uno o tres a?os atrás, debemos comprender y asumir que trabajamos con generaciones que van mucho más rápido que nosotros????.... Reflexionar, analizar y adaptarse también implica trabajar nuestras creencias respecto al cambio. La idea, es que éste pueda ser un motor para el trabajo en equipo y que juntos podamos avanzar para la mejora de los aprendizajes.

Atualmente, desenvolvo um método que acolhe crian?as Neurodivergentes e as incentiva a fazer as atividades de maneira independente durante a aula. Como uma pessoa com TDAH e Dislexia - diagnosticada após a fase escolar, meu foco é tornar o aprendizado de uma nova língua mais acessível para pessoas como eu. O mais importante é manter a escuta ativa e adaptar-se SEMPRE à necessidade do aluno e manter a comunica??o com os pais muito transparente. Na minha vivência, isso torna o ambiente de estudo muito mais produtivo e divertido, mesmo que n?o ortodoxo! O que importa para mim, é que meu aluno esteja aprendendo Inglês e desenvolvendo amor por estudar!
