Many people come to me because they desire a space where they can freely be authentic and expressive, feeling safe enough to delve into what is blocking them from achieving their dreams. Creating a safe space means doing the inner work myself to calm my nervous system. This will then impact my client’s nervous system, and it will allow them to trust me on a deeper level. Once this level of safety is established, it enables the parts of the brain that are responsible for creativity to switch on. It also strengthens intuition, which means clients can achieve much greater things as they will be leading from a more aligned place.

It is important to have a clear idea of where you are headed and what you want to create. Knowing your deeper WHY is key, as this is ultimately the driving force behind your work and a good reminder to come back to your purpose when things don’t go as planned. Growing starts from within: the more self belief and empowerment you feel within yourself, the easier it is to create a business that reflects these qualities. People can feel passion, so the more you speak about what you’re doing to send that message out there in the world, the more interest you will attract over time. Having a vision board is helpful, listing the stepping stones you need to take to reach the bigger goals, and making a strategic plan to get there.
