As a rule there is not enough time for all the tasks that would need to be done. Focus on time blocking for work that will enable the client to make decisions on set dates. In between time blocks make sure to get your pulse moving or you will get stuck in a rut and only appear to be productive.

If you do reflect, set a set time every day and at the end of the week and block the time for that - for instance 20-30 minutes. Write your thoughts in a journal and on the next reflection session make sure to start by reading previous reflections to see progress (or the lack of it.)
