Gamification im Recruiting kann ein tolles Tool sein, jedoch sehe ich recht h?ufig, dass die Priorisierung nicht stimmt. H?ufig gehen Unternehmen Gamification an, bevor grundlegende Prozesse und digitale Strategien stehen, das sollte man vermeiden, der Begriff Toysaster ist dann recht zutreffend.
